1. Uploading Speaking Assets
- Navigate to Settings > Asset Library or My Profile > Assets.
- Click Upload File to add files (e.g., JPG headshots, PDF riders, slide decks).
- Assign categories (e.g., Headshot, AV Rider, Bio Sheet) to classify files.
2. Distributing Assets to Planners
Once uploaded:
- Assets display on your Public Speaker Profile. Planners can download media kits in a single click.
- Files populate the download section of the Client Operations Portal, ensuring planners can access resources easily.
3. How It Works (Behind the Scenes)
- Cloud Storage & Mappers: File uploads save to cloud storage. The database registers details and links them to your speaker profile.
- Security Access: Assets are served via read-only URLs, keeping files secure while enabling public client access.

- High-Resolution Headshots: Upload both portrait and landscape options for promotional materials.
