1. Net Promoter Score (NPS) Explained

Your NPS is a metric that reflects audience engagement. We calculate it using the standard question: "On a scale of 0-100, how likely are you to recommend this speaker?"

  • Promoters (90-100): Attendees who found your presentation highly valuable.
  • Passives (70-89): Attendees who were satisfied but not highly enthusiastic.
  • Detractors (0-69): Attendees who did not connect with your content.
  • The Formula: NPS % = Promoters % - Detractors %.

2. Generating Impact Reports

Once audience responses are captured via Audience Feedback:

  1. Navigate to My Profile > Impact Reports.
  2. Select the target event and click Compile Report.
  3. The system aggregates ratings, filters testimonials, and generates a branded PDF.

3. How It Works (Behind the Scenes)

  • Database Stats Aggregator: The stats processor evaluates survey ratings, updates your NPS, and compiles testimonials.
  • Profile Integration: Verified ratings are displayed on your Public Speaker Profile to showcase reviews to prospective planners.

4. Leveraging Impact Reports

  • Attach to Proposals: Attach reports to proposals in your Proposal Templates to provide immediate proof.
  • Share on LinkedIn: Export testimonial graphics directly from the report editor for social posts.
