Gig Central uses background processes to calculate dashboard statistics, compile audience feedback summaries, and monitor outbox delivery logs.

We compile three core metrics:

  • CRM Metrics: Calculates total opportunities, win rates, and forecast values inside the Kanban CRM.

  • Audience Feedback: Computes star ratings and Net Promoter Scores from surveys.

2. Dynamic Dashboard Updates

To prevent dashboard layouts from lagging during use:

  • The system uses background processing to calculate statistics periodically.
  • Pre-calculated data points are loaded when you open dashboards, ensuring pages open instantly.

3. How It Works (Behind the Scenes)

  • Background Jobs: Background workers sweep database tables regularly, updating metrics logs.
  • Stripe Synchronizer: Financial summaries coordinate checkout payouts with Stripe Billing invoices.

4. Tips for Metric Accuracy

  • Keep Data Current: Log bookings and expenses regularly to ensure pipeline charts display accurate cash flow values.
